During my stay, I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff was reasonably friendly and they provided first aid supplies when I had a minor accident. On the other hand, the check-in process was chaotic, and my initial room was quite disappointing and unclean. The dining experience was also frustrating as the food took a long time to arrive.
